Our Guarantee applies to products bought via the web sites www.danschocolates.com, www.dans.com, or via phone. Any request or problem must be submitted within 30 days of the date of order.

Ok, you think we're kidding. We're not. When the Fedex guy threw a holiday box of chocolates over a 7 foot fence in 2006 and smoked the side of someone's house, we overnighted a new box, plus some extras, and offered to repair the dent in the siding. When a truck backed over a shipment and embedded it into the floor of a distribution center in Tennessee, we made no arguments to the customer that 36 crushed truffles was what they deserved. Out went a new package.

And when, in 2005, that guy in Florida stole an entire truck of packages before Christmas, similar to this, we called on our Guarantee many times over.
